Hello! I am Amiah Kwanprayoon from Thailand. Having been in love with music since I was very young, I started piano lesson in 1992 at Chintakarn Music School in Bangkok and later studied piano with Dr. Weerachat Pramananda. I graduated in Piano Performance from the Department of Western Music, Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Chulalongkorn University under Dr. Tongsuang Israngkul. In 2016, I obtained an MA in Music (Piano Studies) at the University of York where I found the real happiness of music in my life.

I was selected to play in many concerts such as the 6th Silpagum Concert, in 2005 and the 7th Silpagum Concert, in 2006 at Thailand Cultural Center (Small Hall). A year later, I was very honoured to perform the “Piano Concerto No. 2 in D minor by F. Mendelssohn” in The Festival of Piano and Harp Music Tribute to the late Piyabhand Sanitwongse at Goethe-Institute, Bangkok, Thailand.

Teaching piano is also my favorite work; I have been a piano teacher since 2004. I enjoy being with children and making them love music as well.
